The Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) is provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and administered by GEHA is live. There are eligibility requirements that must be met before your eligibility can be determined.

The plan appears to be a PPO plan with in-network and non-network benefits. The in-network deductible is $2500.00. No co-payments until after the deductible has been met. Preventive Care is excluded from the deductible (100% benefit not subject to the deductible). After the deductible, the co-insurance is 20%. The out-of-pocket maximum for covered services per calendar year is $5,950.00. The deductible applies to all covered healthcare including prescriptions.
