- Individual Child(ren) Policies - United HealthOne (Golden Rule)
- United HealthOne (GoldenRule) has discontinued child(ren) only policies in Nevada effective April 30, 2010.
- No child under age 19 may be written a separate, individual policy. A parent must be on the policy.
- Children with a pre-existing condition with a parent will be issued and rated accordingly.
- Preventive/Wellness Care
- On March 23, 2010, Congress signed into law lifting caps on Preventive/Wellness Care.
- Preventive/Wellness benefits are covered 100% and not subject to co-payments, co-insurance, annual maximums, or waiting periods.
- Active policies issued prior to the law, will be grandfathered. This means the new coverage for preventive/wellness will not apply.
